Is it safe to use my credit card or debit card?
Yes, shopping at AxiomTelecom.com is 100% safe. Credit card payments are processed through Network International, a payment gateway that interfaces with various banks. Network International uses the latest encryption technology to protect your credit card information. It encrypts your credit card number so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.
Furthermore, Network International also asks you to enter the CVV (Credit Verification Value) number on your credit card. This is a 3 digit number which follows your credit card number and is given at the back of the card to ensure that the person entering the card number has the physical plastic card with him/her.

Does AxiomTelecom.com store my credit card or debit card information?
AxiomTelecom.com does not collect or store your account information at all. Your transaction is authorized at multiple points, first by Network International and subsequently by Visa/Mastercard secure directly without any information passing through us.
Returns & Replacements - If a product is found to be defective or not found to be working as per the required specifications, customer will have to take the unit to the nearest Phonecare service center.
- The normal repair process would take 2 to 3 working days but in the event the device has to be sent to higher level of repairs it would take 7 to 10 working days. On completion of the repair customer will be notified by SMS.
- The decision on replacement of a product will vary on case to case basis and there will be certain criteria’s for that:
• Dead on arrival (If the product is not functioning on receiving from the courier, customer has to contact the customer service number immediately (within 24 hours) and take the unit to the nearest Phone care service centre. Phone care technical team would analyse the device and based on which customer will be provided a replacement unit within 24 to 48 hours by courier.
• In the event that a product is malfunctioning and not repairable then the main board of the device will be replaced and will not be replaced with commercial stock.
- If a product is found to be misused, mishandled, tampered or any form of unauthorized repair carried out on the device, the unit will be considered out of warranty and customer will be charged for repairs. The same applies if a product is found to be liquid damaged.
